What Our Clients Are Saying About Us

"My mom was a resident of Villa Lea, Inc. The staff was wonderful. The director and I hit it off good. We talked, and he told me straight up what it was going to be like. I think we visited three times before I got her off for that so that she could kind of get used to the room, the place. They invited us to come over and maybe sit with them and do lunch or something. So, they were very accommodating. Mom said there was absolutely nothing wrong with the food. She says there's plenty of it, and it tastes good although she can't taste it. I think she was happy with it. I saw nothing out of place. I saw no dirt. They keep the place. I can't say spotless, but they keep it well-maintained. Just inside the door, they have a list of activities. They have plans for that month and each day has several different activities. You can see ahead of time what it is. I liked that. I like to read them off to my mom and she says she may or may not depend on how she feels that day. I thought about what services they offer and thought it was well worth the money they charge."

"I would like to thank Villa Lea Assisted Living for the impeccable care they gave my beloved mother-in-law.
My mother-in-law was released into the care of Villa Lea  Assisted Living by the local hospital.  She was their first patient. At the time of admissions to Villa Lea Assisted Living my mother-in-law was categorized as failing to thrive. She could no longer eat solids, walk, bathe herself, or even use the toilet. She was a proud woman when she was in her prime and we all knew she would not have been happy with her state. However, within a few months of being in the care of  Villa Lea Assisted Living, my mother-in-law was able to walk with a walker, eat with a spoon, talk, and use a potty with assistance.
VIilla Lea Assisted Living ensured she was on schedule for her meds, baths, and meals.
I would call it a miracle but their staff showed us all the effect an actual caring patient hand, can, have on a person’s illnesses.
My mother-in-law was treated with dignity, compassion, and love. For that alone we are grateful to Villa Lea Assisted Living. However, beyond this, we know for a fact that the care Villa Lea Assisted Living  gave my mother-in-law is what gave us more time with her on this Earth. Sadly, after a year and five months, my mother-in-law succumbed to dementia. Throughout my mother-in-law fight with the disease, Villa Lea Assisted Living always promptly informed us of her ups and downs. Due to this, the family was able to be there to say goodbye at the end. We will forever be embedded to Villa Lea Assisted living their staff Karim, Zora, Valerie (the Hospice nurse), and all the other staff members who not only eased our minds by providing my mother-in-law with an exemplary standard of care but also gave my mother-in-law back her dignity and pride all the way to the end. Thank you, Thank you!"

"The facility always smells nice and kept very clean.  The rooms and bedding are cleaned daily sometimes multiple times a day.  The cozy home setting makes my daughter in laws father feel at home.  The menu is nice and has an optional menu selection and optional meals can be cooked upon request.  Every room has cable TV and Netflix, Amazon are also available.  The staff is well trained & always there to assist, they communicate and update the family members of their loved ones daily.  Daily activities always planned, games, music, gardening.  The pool area offers a nice relaxing setting to enjoy breakfast or to listen to the birds.  This family owned ALF is operated by a very nice couple, they put a lot of effort & energy to ensure a safe, clean and enjoyable atmosphere for all their residents."
